    Carrie is the organisational heartbeat and strategic mind behind Wed & Prosper, leading the planning arm of the studio with clarity, warmth, and an instinctive understanding of what makes a wedding truly unforgettable. As Director and Head Wedding Planner, she brings a rare blend of logistical mastery and creative intuition—balancing spreadsheets with storytelling, timelines with tenderness, and big-picture vision with meticulous detail.

    With years of experience guiding couples through the most meaningful moments of their lives, Carrie has become known for her calm, grounded presence. She is the person you want beside you on your wedding journey: steady, reassuring, and endlessly resourceful.

    CREATIVE DIRECTOR & HEAD FLORIST

    At Wed & Prosper, Rachel leads the creative vision across floristry, styling, and concept development. Whether she’s sketching a ceremony design, curating props for a wedding weekend, or building a towering floral structure at dawn. She will be there though out your planning journey and working tirelessly over your wedding weekend to bring your vison together
