Styling your wedding and event décor is all about making the most out of your venue and adding those extra special touches and finer details to make the venue come alive, but also making sure it’s personal to you.
Set up & Styling
This service includes as much or as little support as you need. For example, we can style a single area, such as the aisle, while you take care of the tables and other spaces yourself. Or, if you prefer, we can handle the full set‑up from aisle décor to table styling and everything in between.
Set‑Up & Styling is charged hourly per staff member required. This is a styling‑only service focused on making your venue look incredible. It does not include coordination, supplier management, or handling queries on the day, if you need support with those elements, our coordination service can be added alongside your styling package.
We can complete every single task on your list alone, leaving it a total surprise for you and your guests We can direct your team of helpers / bride squad, working together to make the venue magical and also work 1-1 with the more hands on bride simply being that extra support system. We will use other suppliers décor you have hired, your own that you have sourced, as well as anything you hire from ourselves and borrow from venues.
Styling Consultancy
You might be planning your own wedding, hiring your own props, and gathering a brilliant team to help set up your venue. You’ve got plenty of ideas for how you want everything to look, but sometimes having too many ideas can feel overwhelming. That’s where our styling guru, Rachel, steps in. She’ll work with you to sift through your Pinterest boards, Instagram saves, and all those creative thoughts buzzing around, helping you shape them into a clear, cohesive design plan.
Styling consultancy is charged per hour and can actually save you money in the long run by preventing overspending on décor or hiring items you don’t really need.
Draping
We’ve become well‑known across the Isle of Wight for our marquee and venue draping, transforming spaces with beautifully tailored fabric installations. If you’re considering draping as part of your wedding styling, please get in touch for a bespoke quotation. We can support you with everything from measurements and fabric sourcing to full installation and derig.
Draping is charged per hour per staff member, with a minimum of two staff required for any work at height.
Bespoke Creations
We can custom‑make unique pieces to bring your big day to life, from signage, games, and backdrops to giant flowers and so much more. Simply share your ideas with us, and we’ll turn them into beautifully crafted, one of a kind creations.
We can also hand‑write your blackboards or produce clean, crisp vinyl lettering, ensuring every detail feels personal, polished and perfectly styled for your celebration.
