Who’s ensuring the cake is cut at the perfect moment, or answering last‑minute questions about timings and logistics? ONE DAY WEDDING COORDINATOR:

On the day of your wedding, onsite coordination prices start from £600. If needed, an Assistant Wedding Coordinator can be added for an additional cost. This is often essential when your venue requires spaces to be transformed throughout the day, from ceremony to wedding breakfast to evening celebrations, or when the logistics of the site mean two coordinators are necessary. The fees quoted include up to 10 hours of attendance on the wedding day. Should timings run over on the day, an hourly rate will apply. Additional hours can also be arranged in advance for an agreed fixed fee

TWO DAY WEDDING COORDINATOR:

Onsite support for both your set‑up day and the wedding day itself .
