When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you give us: your first and last name, email address, phone number, the subject of your message, the services you are interested in, your wedding date and venue if you know them, and anything you write in the message box. We also record whether you have chosen to join our newsletter.
If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect anonymous information about how you use the site, such as the pages you view and the type of device you are on. You can read more on our cookies page.
Please do not include sensitive personal information, such as health details, in the message box. We only ask for what we need to reply to you and plan your day.

Some of our other providers, such as those we use for analytics, fonts and website hosting, are based in or store data in the United States. Whenever your information is transferred outside the UK, we make sure it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or a UK adequacy decision.
We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you go on to become a client. For clients, we keep records for up to 6 years after our work together ends, so that we can meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
