A coordinator works quietly in the background to make sure your day unfolds exactly as you imagined. While you're getting ready, your coordinator is ensuring every supplier is in place, every detail is set, and every question is answered, so you never have to. From the moment your day begins to the final farewell, we are there so that you can simply be present and savour every moment alongside the people who matter most.
From £600
On the day of your wedding, onsite coordination prices start from £600. If needed, an Assistant Wedding Coordinator can be added for an additional cost. This is often essential when your venue requires spaces to be transformed throughout the day, from ceremony to wedding breakfast to evening celebrations, or when the logistics of the site mean two coordinators are necessary. The fees quoted include up to 10 hours of attendance on the wedding day. Should timings run over on the day, an hourly rate will apply. Additional hours can also be arranged in advance for an agreed fixed fee.
